    Meet The Media

Why Do I Still Get Viruses?
Viruses & Anti-Virus Software ------------ Many people have Anti-Virus software installed. Many of the major Anti-Virus software company's now promote what they call "Security Suites" or packages. These Security Suites contain everything from Anti-Virus, Firewall Protection, SPAM and Pop-Up blockers, and Ad-ware protection. Quite often, once the software is installed people find out that things they use to be able to do on the Internet are no longer
I feel the need to do something. I have been sitting on the fence so long now I have a line going across my butt; I now know what hot cross buns means (little bit of humor there).

Aside from that, the reason for this post is to clear my headspace a little. If anyone has read any of my previous entries, they might be aware that I have a tendency to kind of look at the status quo in way that might provoke some feelings of resentment, that is OK, that is what I am looking for.

You see, I am tired of the drivel, I am tired of the masses having to capitulate because of a loud mouthed few who want things their way or else.

In my life, I have been a Combat Marine, a medic, a Counselor, a husband to one wife, a father to my kids, a grandfather to my grandkids, a surrogate father to the kids in my wife's Day Care. There is nothing on this earth that scares me, I have looked Death in the face more than once, and walked away laughing. But the thing I am most proud to be is a God fearing individual that can think. And that is what those select few are afraid of.

Because you see when we think, you can see through the smoke screen they put our in order to cloud the parts of the issues that they don’t want you to understand. Are Walmat - Kmart and Target's Credit Cards Really a Good Deal
Walmart, Target, and Kmart have all jumped on the retail store credit card bandwagon. These discount stores are vigorously promoting their store credit cards as well as mastercard's or visas with their logos on them. What a great way to save money you might think however, these store credit cards must be used with caution to prevent runaway spending and buyer’s remorse.Discount stores do a tremendous amount of business, as consumers find it more convenient to get all

Lose Stagefright Over Your Lunch Hour
While teaching a two-day Speaking Confidence program to a group of 25 government secretaries, I wanted to give them practice using their personal experience to help others. So I gave them a simple assignment to ponder over their lunch hour: Think of a lesson they'd learned in life and share that lesson with the group when they came back.A petite woman named Judy nervously came to me as the group was disbursing. Judy begged me to excuse her from this exercise. "Please

With a few pointers on improving your appearance, you will come across as more professional a

Faith And The No List Virus
The No List Virus is spreading rapidly at retail store check out counters across the country. Common responses to customer questions by store clerks are a follow:1. No, you can’t use that coupon. It has expired. 2. No, that item is not on sale. I don’t care what the store flyer says. 3. No, we don’t carry that here. 4. No, we can’t order it for you. 5. No, you can’t order less than a pound. 6. No, the manager is not available. 7. No, you

We are plagued with backstabbing; turncoat politicians who do nothing more than talk out both sides of their mouths and except to be treated with dignity and deference, in the case of these type of politicians, there is a question that comes to mind, “How can you tell when a politician is lying? Answer, His lips are moving.” And these are the people we want to lead us! We have troops in the Middle Eastern Countries, we have people in the United States that resent the fact that there is a War going on, with peoples lives at stake and they are saying put a time limit on the “Situation” and bring the Troops home. Having been in a War myself, with the latter part I agree, with the former part I have to ask this question, “Were you born that stupid or did you practice to get that way? The very learned individuals that said that also ought to add an addendum “or I take my ball and go home”. Everyone with any common sense at all knows war has its own schedule.

We also have some people in this country whom feel that they have every right in the world to dictate to others exactly how they will be treated, and take high offence to being ignored or told to be quiet. Then to intensify the situation, then require this country to pass laws to protect them from anyone disagreeing with their point of view. Well just “Kiss my Grits (snap the
