Let's look at the word Knowledge and break it down

What can we learn from children – actually quite a lot – if they want something they ask – do we – sometimes maybe but mostly not - because we are embarrassed or do not wish to make it known we don’t know. And if they do not get what they want the first time of asking they do so again and again until they get the answer they want. Children are not easily put off so why should we be after all we are just grown up children – aren’t we?
