To Improve Our Health We Have To Satisfy The Subconscious Mind Or It Isn't Going To Happen! (Part 1)
For me, the remarkable things about body are firstly, the fact that under ideal conditions it knows how to restore and maintain itself for about 120 years (this limit is set by the number of times a cell can subdivide) and second, that each cell in the body is replaced (through a process of cell division) during a period of about seven years.
So we have to ask the question - if the body knows exactly how to look after itself and we routinely get 'new' body parts, why do we experience ill-health and aging? In other words, why don't we get 'new' health too?

The Silent Problem Facing Baby Boomers
We do not hear too much about it. But baby boomers in their 40s and 50s are exhibiting the hearing abilities that 60 and 70 year olds exhibited a few years ago. Millions may find themselves needing hearing aids to function in today's society.

Baby Boomers
We Baby Boomer girls, who were unwed mothers, were viewed quite differently from the Baby Boomer girls who had sex out of wedlock, but did not get pregnant. In retrospect, it seems that society viewed the condition of being pregnant as our 'sin'. We could 'shack-up' and be forgiven, just so long as we brought home no child. Is it any wonder that the girls who followed us chose to abort?
