I practice slowly coming to my senses. It is a morning in which I practice deep caring for the body and the soul. This is a practice of awareness of the sensationalism of life moment to moment. We are beings of the senses.

Today, it's not how much you know but how effective you are at finding what you need in the overwhelming rush of new facts coming straight at you from all around.
